By this application, the applicant is seeking cancellation of non-bailable warrant issued against him vide order dated 11th December, 2024.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. He submitted that inadvertently the applicant absent and not removed the office objections, as he was suffering from various ailments. Thus, considering the same, the nonbailable warrant issued against the applicant be cancelled, he would remain present and proceed with the Criminal Revision application.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the application.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, as the matter was for removing the office objections, the presence of the applicant is actually was
2 45-REVN No.41.2023 not required. In view of the same, the application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed. The non-bailable warrant issued against the present applicant is hereby cancelled.

The Criminal Application (APPR) No.6 of 2025 is disposed of.

The revision application be listed for final disposal as per its own turn.
