Along with the petitioner, one complaint was informed to have been registered. The said complaint referred to the Criminal Writ Petition No.1026/2024, questioning the order of externment, which was quashed and set aside vide order 18th February, 2025 passed by this Court. 3.

Since the issue sought to be canvassed in the present petition is similar to the one decided on 18th February, 2024 in Criminal Writ Petition NO.1026/2024 (Kamlesh s/o Harishchandra Meshram Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others), we are of the view that, for the very same reason, the order impugned in this petition is also not sustainable. 4.

That being so, the impugned order dated 21st October, 2024 is hereby quashed and set aside.

Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of.
