Heard.
The petitioner had a grievance of non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 15th November, 2014. This Court vide order dated 10th March, 2016, observed that the major part of the order is complied with by the respondent and there was only a limited grievance of the petitioner in regard to certain deductions.
It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the respondent along with the document i.e. salary slip that the deductions were not because of any act of the managementrespondent but these are the deductions which are in the nature of contribution of the petitioner himself under various heads. Shri Sahare, the learned Counsel for the petitioner today makes a statement on instructions that the position placed before this Court by the institute is just and proper. He also admits that the petitioner was under an erroneous impression that the deductions were at the instance of the management but the petitioner agrees that these deductions are in the nature of contribution of the petitioner under various heads, such as the provident fund and the taxes.
As it is submitted by the petitioner that the order is now complied with by the respondent in letter and spirit and the necessary material are placed on record by the management
