Heard. Perused the Record & Proceedings. Also perused the judgment of the trial Court.

The applicant was on bail before the trial Court and it appears that he has not misused the order granting bail. It is unlikely that the appeal would be heard in near future as the same is filed in the year 2017. In the circumstances of the case, by allowing the criminal application, we suspend the sentence and direct that the applicant be released on bail on the same terms and conditions on which he was released on bail by the trial Court.

The criminal application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
