Heard Shri Anand Parchure, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused Clause 11 of Employment Notice dated 21.01.2011. The submission is, MCA or M.C.A. is equivalent to M.Sc. Computer Science.

We find that presently there is no advertisement and in response to advertisement published in August 2017, claim of the petitioner is rejected. The submission is, orally the petitioner was informed that his qualification is inadequate.

In this situation, with liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the respondents and thereafter to approach this Court in the matter, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
