DATED : 07-1-2015 Shri A.B. Patil, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks two weeks time to verify whether the amount as per the Award is deposited with the Reference Court.

This Court by order dated 13-2-2009 had granted stay subject to depositing the amount as awarded by the Reference Court with the Registry of this Court by 30-4-2009. It being undisputed fact that the amount has not been deposited with the Registry of this Court till date and the learned Advocate for the applicant is not in a position to make statement as to whether the amount is deposited with the Reference Court, the civil application is dismissed.
