DATED : September 17, 2019 A compromise pursis vide stamp no.9885/2018 has been filed on record which is duly signed by the President of the petitioner no.1Society and the employee who is the respondent no.2. As per this joint pursis the respondent no.2 has given up the claim to the post of Junior Clerk by way of promotion and hence the Management is seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. The pursis is also signed by the learned counsel for the parties.

In view thereof, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Rule stands discharged. No costs.
