Delay is sought to be condoned on the ground that dealing Advocate of the Company, namely, Advocate Shri C.M. Anjankar has not informed the Company of passing of the order.

2] The applicant shall make Advocate Shri C.M. Anjankar party - non-applicant in order to facilitate him to file reply on the allegations made against him. Amendment be carried out within three working days. 3] Once amendment is carried, issue notice returnable two weeks thereafter.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 292 OF 2024 4] The applicant is seeking permission to deposit the amount of compensation.
