Shri Mangesh Kadu, learned counsel for the appellant seeks extension of time to deposit the compensation amount and further states that compensation amount will be deposited within one week. 2.

Time to deposit the amount is extended by one week.

In the light of the statement made by the counsel for the appellant, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment shall stay till further date.

It is made clear that in the event of failure to deposit the compensation amount, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

Both civil applications are disposed of.

Civil Application (CAF) No. 621 of 2020 By this application, the Appellant-Insurance Company has sought to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the appeal.

Application is not objected by the respondent nos.1 to 3. In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, which constitutes sufficient cause, the delay is condoned. The civil application is disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.
