By preferring this application, respondent Nos.1 to 5 who are the original claimants are seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

The appeal is already dismissed vide judgment dated 11/11/2022. In view of that the application deserves to be allowed.

The respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest and they are entitled to receive the amount of compensation in equal share.

5.

The amount be disbursed on due verification and identification.

Civil application is disposed of.
