By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the proposal of the petitioner for permission to open the new college at village Kodamendhi. Shri Khubalkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1, states that the proposal of the petitioner is decided by the State Government and the same is rejected by an order, dated 12/06/2014. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the cause of action for filing the writ petition would not survive. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
