"I am informed that learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has been elevated as Judge of this Court.

Issue notice for engagement of another counsel to the petitioner, returnable after four weeks."

2] Registry's remark indicates that notice for engagement of another Counsel has been served on the petitioner, but none is appearing. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. 3] The petition is accordingly dismissed as not prosecuted.

4] Copy of order be served on the petitioner for taking appropriate steps, if so advised.
