By this application, respondent Nos.1-ia to 1-v (the said respondents) seek direction to disburse compensation amount to their power of attorney holder Shri Arun Sheshrao Patil. 2.

Vide order dated 17.10.2022, the said respondents were already permitted to withdraw 75% of balance amount. The said respondents were further directed to furnish usual undertaking for 50% amount and 25% amount is to be disbursed on furnishing solvent surety/security.

It is contention of the said respondents that they have executed the power of attorney in the name of Shri Arun Sheshrao Patil (respondent No.1-ii). The power of attorney is placed on record. It specifically empowers the power of attorney holder to withdraw the amount on behalf of the said respondents.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The amount be disbursed to Shri Arun Sheshrao Patil (respondent No.1-ii) on behalf of the said respondents. 6.

The application is disposed of.
