DATE :- 28th MARCH, 2023 The petitioners have approached this Court praying that the respondents be restrained from using the playground of the respondent no.5-School for holding 'Meena Bazar". The reliefs pertain to the celebrations that were held in the Month of January and February2020. By the order dated 05.02.2020 the petitioners were directed to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/-(Rs.Twenty five thousand) each for showing their bona fides. Accordingly, each petitioner has deposited the said amount in this Court.
We find that with the passage of time the challenge raised in this writ petition is now rendered infructuous. Since the petitioners had complied with the interim order dated 05.02.2020, the amount deposited by each petitioner shall be refunded to them with interest accrued thereon.
