The petitioner's caste claim is pending before the respondent No.1 Committee. The petitioner seeks direction for earlier disposal of the caste claim. 3.

The learned AGP would submit that vigilance inquiry is complete and the caste claim would be disposed within three months.

In view of above, respondent No.1 Committee is directed to decide the petitioner'

s caste claim within three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

The petitioner shall serve this order on respondent No.1 Committee for taking necessary steps.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
