The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the plot owned by father of the petitioner is acquired. The petitioner's father was allotted a plot admeasuring 2520 Sq.Ft. The petitioner has also deposited the amount, as directed by the Authority, but as yet, the possession has not been delivered to the petitioner. The petitioner has filed applications with the respondent (Page Nos.24 & 26), but no further steps have been undertaken. 3.

In case the application filed by the petitioner (Page No.26) is pending with the respondent, the respondent may take decision on it, according to law and policy, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
