After hearing the matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach respondent no.3 - Tahsildar, Akola with a representation for removing the confusion created in pasting copy of the notice on the property bearing Nazul Plot No.8, Sheet No.26-b, of Mouza Akola, which property is not mentioned in the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.

However, it is made clear that if any representation is made within 3 days from the date of this order, the same shall be decided by the Tahsildar in accordance with law, within a period of 3 days from the date of presentation of such representation, and till that time no coercive action be taken against the petitioners. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, subject to above referred observations. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
