The present petition has been filed for directions to the respondents to register an offence against certain persons named in the petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is also prepared. He further submits that the charge-sheet is sent to the Superintendent of Police, Wardha for information and filing the same in the Court of law.

In that view of the matter, the petition has served its purpose. The petition is thus disposed of.
