It is undisputed that civil disputes are going on before the Court between the applicants and the complainant in respect of the agricultural land where the incident is alleged to have occurred. The applicants are labourers. According to the applicants, they had not been involved in any other crime earlier. This fact is not controverted by the non-applicant. This Court granted ad-interim protection to the applicants by the order dated 20-01-2016. The non-applicant has not complained that the liberty granted by this Court is misused by the applicants.

Considering the facts of the case, I am satisfied that the ad-interim order granted by this Court on 20-01-2016 has to be confirmed.

Hence, the following order :

i) In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.M-57/2015 registered by the non-applicant, the applicants be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount, each.

ii) The applicants shall cooperate with the investigation.

iii) The application is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.

Criminal Application No.180/2016.

In view of the order passed on main application and granting pre-arrest bail to the applicants, in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. M-57/2015, no orders are required on this application. It is disposed accordingly.
