It is assured by Shri A. M. Kadukar, learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions from respondent No.4-Education Officer that the salary of petitioner No.1 from the month of April 2024 onwards shall be paid regularly.

As far as arrears are concerned, it is stated that the proposal shall be placed before respondent No.3-Deputy Director of Education within a period of three weeks.

Respondent No.3-Deputy Director of Education shall take decision about release of arrears in any case by 31/08/2024. 5.

We make it clear that the claim is with regard to payment of salary for the post of Assistant Teacher. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. Writ Petition Nos.3334/2022 and 4230/2019 7.
