The petition is disposed in terms of the compromise recorded in the civil application. It is clarified that the terms between the petitioners and the respondent No.1 will not be binding on the respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur.

In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
