Considering the limited relief sought, notice on respondent No.2 is dispensed with. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.1. Pursuant to the petitioner's inter district transfer, he was transferred from Zilla Parishad, Jalna to Zilla Parishad, Buldhana by an order dated 27.09.2022. The petitioner's services were then posted at Panchayat Samiti, Malkapur. It is the case of the petitioner that he is physically handicapped and requires treatment. In that regard, the petitioner has made a representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana on 21.10.2022 and 29.11.2022. It is submitted in the light of Clause 5.10 of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, the Chief Officer can consider the said representation.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representations dated 21.10.2022 and 29.11.2022 and take a decision thereon within a period of three weeks of receiving copy of the judgment.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid directions. No costs.
