Heard. Perused the contents of the application. Though the learned counsel for the non-applicant strongly opposes the prayer made in the application, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the Family Court Appeal is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rupees Five Hundred to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur within a period of two weeks.

The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
