CIVIL APPLICATION NOS.157/2017, 184/2017 AND 183/2017 These are the applications for directions to the respondent-management to grant increments to the applicants-petitioners.

In affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3, a categorical statement is made that the increments which are granted to other similarly situated employees would be granted to the petitioners also.

In that view of the matter, we find that the purpose of applicants-petitioners stand served. Civil Applications stand disposed of by taking on record affidavit-in-reply.
