By way of this application, the applicant/ husband is seeking condonation of delay of 258 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 03.04.2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Amravati in Petition No.C-27 of 2011.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants strongly opposed the application for want of sufficient reasons for condonation of delay.

We have perused the application. We are satisfied with the reasons as stated in para nos. 3 and 4 of the application. Hence, the delay of 258 days is condoned. Appeal be registered.
