In present matter, we do not find it necessary to delve into the correctness of findings on appellate forum. The petitioner, a cook, can approach the Labour Court under the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, for redressal of her grievance.

Hence with said liberty to her, we dispose of present petition. No costs.
