Learned Counsel for the parties submitted that the dispute is settled and a joint affidavit for and on behalf of the petitioner and respondent no. 2, bringing on record the terms of settlement of the present dispute arrived at between them is placed on record. The Affidavit is duly verified by the respective parties.

The petitioner Ghanshyamdas Sanghidas Panapaliya and respondent no. 2 Hamzabhai M.R.S. Chimthanwala are present in the Court. They are identified by their advocates appearing for them. They agree to the terms of settlement mentioned in the joint affidavit. The petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement terms mentioned in the joint affidavit filed on behalf of the parties. 3.

The parties to abide by the settlement terms and conditions mentioned in the affidavit.
