The application is absolutely misconceived and is an abuse for process of Court.

This Court, by a reasoned order dated 11-10-2017, was pleased to reject a similar application seeking suspension of sentence and grant of bail. There is absolutely no explanation given in this application for renewing the request. It is not even the case of the applicant that there is no change in circumstances to warrant moving another application seeking suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Application is rejected.

The request of the appellant for out of turn hearing cannot be considered at this stage. However, if the appeal is not listed for hearing before 15-6-2018, the appellant shall be free to renew the request for immediate hearing and/or suspension of sentence and grant of bail. JUDGE RKN
