On prolonged hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, and upon realizing that the resolution No.35 refers to shops situated in reservation no.19 and whereas the public notice impugned herein refers to the shops situated in reservation No.32 and also the fact that the petitioner nos.1,3 and 5 have already participated in the auction process, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition. 3.

Leave is granted.
