Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of rival claims and the arguments canvassed by the counsel for the parties, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by passing the following order:

(a) We direct the learned District Judge who shall cease with the petition/appeal preferred by the petitioner to decide the applications of both the parties as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four months from today.

(b) Interim relief granted by this Court to continue till then. 3.

Needless to clarify that the learned District Judge shall not influence by the orders passed by this Court while deciding the applications.
