Heard Shri D.T. Patil, learned Counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1. 2.

Alleging that when petitioners sought compassionate employment, their other family members were already in service, and therefore, petitioners could not have sought compassionate employment. Show cause notice is issued to petitioners.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent no.1 has pointed out that at this stage, the respondent no.2 has only issued show cause notice.

As only show cause notice is issued, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. However, with liberty to petitioners to approach again, we dispose of the petitions. No costs.
