Learned counsel Shri D.S.Khushalani for the applicants submits that because of rivalry with the parents, the complainant lodged a false report. As such, learned counsel for the applicants prays for grant of bail in favour of the applicants.

Record shows age of the applicants as 59 and 55 years respectively.

As per statements of witnesses and victim, the applicants sold the victim to Meherbansingh who did sexual intercourse against her wish. He was not allowing her to go out.

Looking to report, statements of witnesses show that the girl was sold by the applicants. Hence, the .....2/-

ba68.19 16 applicants are not entitled for grant of bail. 6.

The criminal application stands rejected and disposed of accordingly.
