The application is for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination for grant of bail, considering the fact that the deceased has sustained 48 injuries on his person, the circumstances like the seizure of the weapon at the instance of the present applicant. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh application after six months.

Considering the fact that the trial is already for the evidence, liberty is granted to file afresh application after one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
