After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same and also submitted that during the pendency of this application the chargesheet is filed against the accused No.1. In view of that, liberty be granted to him to approach before the learned Sessions Court.
