After orders of this Court dated 11th September, 2018, the appeal has been disposed of. It appears that outcome is against petitioners. Petitioners, therefore, have taken out Civil Application No. 2403 of 2018 for amendment. Respondents point out that appellate order being quasi judicial order needs to be questioned before learned Single Judge. 3.

In this situation, we continue interim protection available for petitioners for further two weeks and with liberty to petitioners to challenge that order as per law, dispose of petition as also Civil Application.
