This is an application filed by the appellant/V.I.D.C. seeking refund from the amount deposited before this Court.

The first appeal came to be decided on 09/01/2019 by this Court before the Lok Adalat. It appears that there is a dispute between the parties with regard to the calculations of the decretal amount. 4.

The parties are at liberty to redress their grievance before the Execution Court with regard to the calculations and the Execution Court shall decide the aforesaid, in terms of the decree to be executed. 5.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
