Heard Shri A.Shelat, learned advocate for the petitioners, Shri Abhijeet Khare, learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and Shri A.M.Deshpande, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 7 and 8.

RULE.

Shri Khare, learned advocate states that the possession of the petitioners is protected by the appellate Court. Hence, at this stage there is no requirement of passing any interim order. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file proper application for interim order, if situation arises. Shri Abhijeet Khare, learned advocate waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and Shri A.M. Deshpande, A.G.P. waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 7 and 8. CAW NOS. 254/2014 & 255/2014.

Shri Shelat, learned advocate for the applicants/ petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the applications with liberty to file proper application.

Both the applications are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
