By this application, the appellant is seeking permission to deposit award amount.

The conditional order was passed on 20/12/2022 and the appellant was directed to pay the entire compensation amount with accrued interest within a period of two weeks from the date of order. 4.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that cheque is ready and he will deposit the same. The appellant to deposit the cheque within a period one week. On failure, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
