The application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State to some extent and after going through the investigation papers and considering the involvement of the present applicant in the economic offence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Considering the trial is already commenced and four witnesses are already examined it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and shall make every endeavour to dispose of the trial within six months.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file after six months if trial is not substantially progress within six months.
