Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. The applicant had filed criminal complaint against the respondent No.1 in the year 2006. The respondent No.1 was convicted by trial Court by order dated 29/01/2008. The said order was challenged by the respondent No.1 before the Sessions Court by preferring an appeal wherein he was acquitted. Hence, the applicant filed this appeal. The original case was filed in the year 2006. The applicant is Co-operative Society, therefore, the early hearing of this appeal is just required. Hence, I pass the following order :
