This application has been made for condonation of delay of one month and nine days in filing the application for setting aside the dismissal order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 751 of 2022. The reasons for delay in making the application have been stated in the application. In view of the same, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of, accordingly.

This application has been made for setting aside the dismissal order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 751 of 2022 and for restoration of the writ petition. 5.

Vide order dated 21.11.2022 two weeks time was granted for removal of the office objections. It was made clear that failure to remove the office objections entails the consequence of dismissal of the writ petition without reference to the Court. The office objections were not removed, therefore, the petition was dismissed. 6.

Reasons for not removing office objections have been stated in the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the dismissal order is set aside. 7.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 751 of 2022 is restored to its original file.

After restoration, the Advocate shall take urgent steps to remove office objection within two weeks and serve the non-applicants.

The criminal application stands disposed of.
