This matter arises out of orders passed by the Family Court in proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner has filed an application seeking permission to convert this civil writ petition into criminal application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.

WRIT PETITION NO.425/2019 CONVERTED INTO CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO.65/2019 Heard.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 4th March, 2019.
