Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and video quality was proper. After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant for quite some time, when this Court was disinclined to pass any order in favour of the applicant, he sought permission to withdraw the instant Application with liberty to file an application before this Court if the trial does not proceed against the applicant, within a period of four months. Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) No.111/ 2021 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.
