The petitioner who is an unsuccessful candidate for grant of L.P.G. outlet at Shegaon, has approached this Court on the ground that the selection of respondent no.3 is illegal. It is the contention of the petitioner that though respondent no.3 has shown construction on an open plot for showroom, as a matter of fact it was only an open plot.

In the field verification conducted by respondent no.1, the information given by petitioner is found to be incorrect.

In that view of the mater, we do not find that any case is made out for interference. Writ Petition is rejected.
