Heard Mr. Puranik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Geeta Tiwari, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent no.17. None for the respondent no.11.

By an order dated 14.01.2015, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit the amount equivalent to the wages of the respondent no.11 with the Registry of this Court, every year by 15th of December and respondent no.11 was permitted to withdraw the amount after furnishing surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. By this application, permission to deposit the said amount is sought.

For the reasons stated in Paras 2 and 3 of the application, the same is allowed. Petitioner to deposit the cheque for the amount in the Registry of this Court today
