On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest and statutory benefits, within a period of four weeks from today, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 19/01/2021 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in LAC No. 19/2014 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 3.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
