D ATE : JUNE 13 , 202 Pursuant to the order passed on 29/11/2022 in Writ Petition No. 7441/2019 (Rambhau s/o Mahadeorao Dadmal Vs. Yeshwant Rural Education Society and Ors.), the petitioner has made representations dated 27/12/2022 to respondent No.1 and the Education Officer (Secondary) seeking compliance of the order passed by the School Tribunal in Appeal No. STN 180/1990. These representations are still not decided.

2] Considering the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the petitioner's representations dated 27/12/2022 within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. The petitioner shall serve copy of this order on the said respondents by registered post with acknowledgment. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. Needless to state that if the grievance of the petitioner subsists thereafter, he is free to take such steps as are permissible in law. Order accordingly. No costs.
