O R D E R

(Passed on 11th December, 2021) The matter is amicably settled. Both the parties have settled the claim as per the compromise pursis from N. The compromise pursis is verified and found to be correct. Both the parties have admitted that they have accepted the terms of compromise pursis. The award be drawn in terms of the compromise pursis. The parties are agreed to settle the appeal at the full and final settlement amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Lakh Only) along with 7.5 interest from 20.06.2008 till the realization. The amount already withdrawn by the claimants shall be deducted from the aforesaid settlement amount and rests of the amount deposited by the appellant should be refunded to the appellant alongwith accrued interest.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.
