DATED : 22/01/2020 CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.175 OF 2020 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking extension of interim order. The writ petition was dismissed by this Court, but on a request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants, the interim order had been already extended for a period of six weeks. This was to enable the petitioners to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In the present application it is stated that due to the fact that documents in the present case are in Marathi requiring translation, it is taking some time to file Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the fact that six weeks were already granted to the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that further extension of only two weeks can be granted.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of by extending the interim order dated 12/07/2019, for a further period of two weeks. It is made clear that no further prayer for extension shall be entertained.
