Heard Shri Nitin Jachak, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri S.Y. Deopujari, learned GP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The learned Government Pleader submits that the proposal of the petitioners seeking permission to fill in one post in Physical Education and one post in Zoology is already accepted. He states that after receipt of No Objection Certificate that no surplus candidate is available, the petitioner will be given suitable clearance. 3.

In this situation, though the learned GP is seeking time to place these facts on affidavit, accepting the oral statement, we direct the respondents to complete this exercise within three weeks and to serve the consequential order upon the petitioners immediately thereafter. We also permit the petitioners to contact respondent No. 3 for this purpose on 21.05.2018.

With these directions, we dispose of the present writ petition. No costs.
